Cubbily supports custom recurring schedules, including events that repeat every three days. When creating a schedule, select “Custom” under “Repeats,” choose “Day” as the repeat cycle, and set the interval to 3 days. By default, recurring schedules continue indefinitely, but you can also set an end date for the recurring schedule.

Reminder recipients depend on the participants of the event. Typically, both the event creator and the participants will receive reminders when the event is due. If you're neither the creator nor a participant, you won't receive a reminder, but you can still see the event in the shared family calendar.

Whether other family members receive the reminder depends on the participants and visibility settings for the event. If no other family members are included as participants, only you will receive the reminder. If you set the event to be visible only to yourself, other family members won’t be able to see it in the shared family calendar either.

On the Calendar page, long press on a family member's avatar to enter edit mode, then you can drag the member to the desired position in the order.

On iPhone and iPad, Cubbily can work with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar accounts. You can also add calendars using an ICS/iCal URL. On Android, Cubbily can sync Google account calendars and import calendars using an ICS/iCal URL. Supported calendar account syncing and ICS/iCal imports work differently. Calendar account sync can keep supported calendar changes synchronized with Cubbily, while calendars added through an ICS/iCal URL are imported into Cubbily as a one-way calendar subscription.

Go to Settings > Sync Settings and select Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. Authorize the connection, then choose the calendar groups and events you want to sync. For calendars shared through an ICS/iCal URL, such as some school schedules or club calendars, use Add Calendar from URL instead.

Yes. Cubbily can work with supported external calendars, so you can bring your personal or work schedules into your shared family calendar instead of recreating every event manually. This makes it easier for the whole family to see everyone’s schedules at a glance in one place. The calendars you can connect depend on your device. Cubbily supports calendar account syncing on supported platforms and also supports calendar imports using an ICS/iCal URL.

In Cubbily, you can find Add Calendar from URL in either of these places: go to Calendar > Add Event > Sync Calendars, or go to Settings > Sync Settings. Select Add Calendar from URL, then enter the ICS/iCal calendar URL you want to import. Before adding the calendar, choose the family member and visibility settings that should apply to the imported events. Calendars added through an ICS/iCal URL are imported into Cubbily as a one-way calendar subscription. Changes should be made in the original calendar source.

Go to Settings > Sync Settings, select the connected calendar, and either disable Automatic Sync or remove the calendar by selecting Remove this calendar.

Once events are synced, you can delete them directly from the Calendar page. Alternatively, go to Settings > Sync Settings > Sync & Update Logs, where you can remove events by sync batch.

If you don’t have a family in Cubbily yet, you can choose either Create a Family or Join a Family. To join a family that someone else has already created, select Join a Family, enter the family’s invite code, then set up your profile in that family by adding a nickname and photo, choosing your color, and selecting the role that best describes you in the family. If you choose Create a Family instead, you’ll first give your family a name, then set up your profile in the same way. Once the family is created, you can invite other family members to join.

Cubbily PRO is linked to the family group it was purchased for, and the PRO benefits are shared within that family group. You and all other members of that family can enjoy the membership benefits.

Cubbily PRO is linked to the family group it was purchased for, so the PRO benefits do not automatically move with your account when you join another family. For example, if you purchased PRO for Family 1 and then leave Family 1 to join Family 2, members of Family 1 can still access the PRO benefits. However, if no one in Family 2 has activated Cubbily PRO, members of Family 2 will not have access to PRO benefits.

Cubbily Pro subscriptions cannot be transferred. You can cancel your previous Cubbily Pro subscription in your phone settings and then purchase a new membership in Cubbily for your new family if you need.

On the 'Settings' page, click 'Manage Account' to open the account management page, then click 'leave and delete account'. [ ! ] Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

First, find ’+invite’ on the family page and copy the invitation code to send to him. Then, he needs to leave the family he created previously. On the ‘Settings’ page, click ‘Manage Account’ to open the account management page, and then click ‘leave this family’. Once he returns to the page for accepting invitations and joining a family, he should enter the invitation code you shared with him, allowing him to join the family you created.

The family creator can remove family members. If you are the family creator, go to the family page and tap the profile photo of the member account you want to remove. In the member’s profile, tap ‘Remove’ to remove that account from the family.

Due to carrier issues, some areas are currently unable to receive SMS verification codes. Please try using your Apple or Google account to register for Cubbily.

Cubbily’s calendar widget lets you check upcoming family schedules directly from your device’s Home Screen. On iPhone: Touch and hold an empty area on the Home Screen. Tap “+” in the top-left corner, search for Cubbily, and select it. Swipe left or right to choose a widget size, then tap “Add Widget.” Tap “Done” in the top-right corner to finish. On Android: Touch and hold an empty area on the Home Screen, then tap “Widgets.” Find Cubbily, touch and hold the Cubbily widget, and drag it to your Home Screen.

In the family page, click on your avatar in the list of family member avatars. Then, in the personal information panel, click on the avatar photo. After entering the photo page, click on the three dots icon in the top right corner. Next, in the action panel, select 'take photo' or 'choose from library' to change your avatar photo.

Yes. Once you change the family cover photo, it will automatically update for other family members when they open the Cubbily Family page and are connected to the internet.
